The series shows an image of a pine tree surrounded by barbed wire, where the tree has over time grown around the metal and incorporated it into its own trunk. The copper plate is printed in all the colors of the rainbow, but in muted tones, and is mounted as a holistic picture wall where the repetition of the motif in different color variations creates a meditative and at the same time disturbing expression.
